About me

I'm Wahed Shaik, a Data Science & AI student and founder. Over the past few years, I've turned ideas into real products with traction, competing and winning on local and international stages along the way. I founded SharkBand, an AI-powered card management platform, which has won the QDB Business Gateway Competition (1st place), placed in the top 3 at QSTP, and gained interest from 1,000+ users. I also co-founded Equipped, an AI fashion app selected for M7 SCALE 7, and so much more! Beyond startups, I've served as IT Director of Qatar Youth Power, led workshops and events impacting hundreds of students, and represented Qatar internationally through innovation and entrepreneurship programs in Canada and Japan. I'm also a Doha Debates Ambassador and Mentor, blending tech, leadership, and communication to drive impact. I thrive at the intersection of AI, product, and entrepreneurship — building, shipping, and scaling solutions that solve real problems.
